Wild Toro Available at Elk Studios Casinos
Elk Studios, a new developer with only a few games released so far, have just launched a new title, one that’s based on bull fighting.
Wild Toro has the bull and the matador in the main roles, and it is a game that is designed to be played on mobile devices, just as easily as it is played on a desktop.
The game’s graphics are of very good quality, the features are unusual to say the least, so all in all I think that it’s an intriguing title. On those 5 reels there will be 178 ways to win present, with prizes delivering up to $1,000. The game has for its features scatters and wilds, along with respins and walking wilds.
What We Love
A small Spanish town has been placed behind the game area, and it’s designed to look the part of a charming place to visit, somewhere that you would want to go if you were visiting Spain.
You don’t get to see that much of it though, since the reels are large and occupy most of the screen, being designed for mobile phones.
The symbols are also on the large side, with not too much empty space between them. They’re very well crafted though, and they include on them images with the bull, with the matador, a logo, plus things like oranges, red roses, hand fans and a bunch of coins.
A simple feature in this game is the wild, the one that’s easiest to understand actually, since you’re going to see it in a lot of slot machines in this exact form.
The Wild Toro logo was picked for its image. This symbol can be a substitute for any other, as long as the purpose is to have a new combination formed. Wilds can pay by themselves, up to $1,000. They can’t replace scatter symbols.
A major feature of the game is the one that comes from the Matador scatter. Represented on the reels 2, 3 and 4, this symbol can appear on all three, in which case it will get you access to a Matador Respin Challenge.
It will have three respins that are free, with a chance to bring you more Matadors. If a walking wild Toro appears, the respins are stopped and the next feature begins.
The Toro symbol is only used on reel 5, but it has a very interesting feature to offer when it appears there. It starts walking towards reel 1, turning the Matador symbols into wilds each spin.
What We Do Not Like
Since the maximum bet is worth $100, I would’ve loved a top jackpot that is worth more than 10x the bet, or $1,000.
The average RTP is high enough at 96%, to make the game worth playing even though it has a small top jackpot on offer.
